Jack Hiedeman debuts as Head Coach of the Breckenridge baseball team, replacing his dad, long-time Head Coach Kevin HiedemanTom Thielen will serve as Varsity Assistant, Travis Ekren will coach the JV team, and Junior High Coaches will be Austin Ramos and Gavin Snyder.

“This year we are returning a good chunk of our players from last year,” said Hiedeman.  “Last year was a tough one record wise (1-15), but a lot of young guys earned some varsity experience, so looking to build off that and see their improvement this year.  Pitching depth is always tough, so that will be an area we need to improve at.  We will use this extra time we have in the gym to try and develop some extra arms for the season.”

Returning letter winners include seniors Cam Nieto (CF/P), Joey Conzemius (LF/2B), Zane Mickelson (C/OF) and Alex Sanchez (OF/P/1B), sophomore Trey Vogelbacher (3B/P) and freshman Jaxson Riggs (P/OF/C).  Key newcomers are sophomores Kaleb Albertson (1B/P) and Logan Church (P/OF).
