“The girls started off strong,” said Brandon-Evansville Head Coach Stephen Schreiber. “Down 4 at the 10 minute mark we gave up a 12-0 run over the next two and a half minutes. Played them pretty much even the rest of the game. I really appreciate these girls and how hard they play for me even when things aren't going perfect. They do a great job of listening to me at halftime and really try hard to make adjustments. I've loved watching them all grow through the year!”
Hancock (19-3, 15-1 LEC) will host Buffalo Lake-Hector at 1:00pm Saturday and will play at West Central Area on Monday night.
Brandon-Evansville (7-15, 5-11 LEC) has a road game against Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg on Monday and a home game against Bertha-Hewitt on Tuesday.
