Underwood delivered balanced scoring on Monday night as they built a 40-27 halftime lead over Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley and went on to defeat the Wolverines 75-53.

“Really balanced scoring tonight,” said Underwood Head Coach Brian Hovland.  “We started out slow and it being a Monday, that is not surprising.  In the first half we were tied 23-23 with about 8 minutes to go.”

Liz Lukken scored a game high 20 points.  Zoey Swanson (14 points, 4 rebounds) and Mo Bugbee (12 points, 4 rebounds) also contributed double digit scoring.  Kallyn Grove just missed a double double with 9 points and 10 rebounds.  Alayna Evavold and Mia Blaskowski chipped in with 9 points each.

Underwood (19-3, 14-1 LEC) will play Hillcrest in Fergus Falls on Tuesday and will have a road game against Lake Park-Audubon on Thursday.
