Henning Girls Win 21st Straight Game

The Henning girls' basketball team ran their winning streak to 21 games with a 58-46 win over New York Mills on Friday night.  Henning held a 26-24 halftime lead and outscored the Eagles 32-22 in the second half.

Lyvia Misegades made 10-of-13 free throws and scored a game high 22 points.  Faith Fisher added 15 and Ally Hart had a dozen.

Leaders for New York Mills were Ayla Olson with 18 points and Isabella Bauck with 10.  Alayna Baune chipped in with 9 points.

Henning (21-1, 12-0 PRC) is home to Verndale on Tuesday night.

New York Mills (12-8, 9-3 PRC) will host Bertha-Hewitt on Tuesday.
