“We were reckless with the ball tonight and it cost us,” said Fergus Falls Head Coach Josh Steer. “We have been falling into a bad pattern where we give up a late run in the first half which puts us behind and makes it tough to get back in the game. That happened again tonight. It was a quick turn around after our road game at Rocori last night and we didn’t handle it well.”
Brynn Sternberg led the Otters with 14 points and 5 rebounds. Cyntreya Lockett added 9 points and 5 boards.
Fergus Falls (5-13) saw their losing streak reach ten games. They will play at Sauk Rapids on Tuesday, host Little Falls on Thursday and travel to St. Cloud on Friday.
