Perham Shuts Down Frazee in HOL Boys Basketball Contest

The Perham boys’ basketball team held Frazee to just 9 first half points and 33 points for the game on Friday night as the Yellowjackets posted a 63-33 Heart O’ Lakes Conference victory on the Hornets home floor.  Perham continued their outstanding shooting by hitting 59% (26-44) of their field goal attempts in the game.

Micah Thompson (18 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals), Soren Anderson (16 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists) and Alex Ohm (10 points, 2 rebounds, 3 assists) led the Yellowjackets.

Frazee was led by 10 points from Adam Vigen and 8 from Carter Sonnenberg.

Perham (16-1, 7-1 HOL) will play at Albany on Saturday and will host Bemidji on Tuesday.

Frazee (4-11, 0-8 HOL) plays Legacy Christian Academy on Saturday at Sauk Centre.
