The Cowboys played well in the first half behind eight three’s from Daymon Smith (19 points) and Jaxson Riggs (14 points, 5 rebounds).  Alex Sanchez finished with 10 points, Landon Blaufuss contributed 9 points and 5 rebounds and Cam Nieto chipped in with 8 points.

“We had a lead as big as nine points until Blaufuss and Sanchez picked up two fouls each,” stated Breckenridge Head Coach Jordan Christensen.  “Second half was back and forth, but we turned it over too much and didn’t make enough plays down the stretch.”

Breckenridge (2-11) is back in action Saturday against Ada-Borup/West.

Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton (12-2, 7-0 HOL) will host Kindred on Saturday, will play at Oak Grove on Monday and play at Frazee on Tuesday.
