Rochester shot the ball well and M State did not.  That combination led to an 84-50 win on Saturday for the Yellowjackets on their home floor.  Rochester hit 33-of-73 shots from the floor for 45% and buried 8-of-19 3’s (42%), while M State made just 34.5% (19-55) of their field goal attempts and 23% (5-22) of their 3’s.

Quest McCrimon led Rochester with 16 points, Quincy Burland had 15 and Peyton Dunham 14 points and 8 rebounds.  Andre Crockett had a team high7 assists in the game.

Yonis Mohamud was the only Spartan to reach double digits, scoring 10 points.  Akok Aguer and Mikele Kambalo added 9 and 8 points, respectively.  Noel Kabanga contributed 8 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists off the bench.  Foday Sheriff was the leading rebounder with 10 and he also dished out 4 assists.

M State has a 7:30pm home game Wednesday against Ridgewater.
