Perham welcomed the AAAA Brainerd Warriors to ‘The Hive’ on Tuesday night.  The Yellowjackets improved to 13-1 with a 72-58 win.  “Brainerd had a much taller and longer team that presented some issues for us,” said Perham Head Coach TJ Super.

Perham was led by Mya Morris, who knocked down 5 three’s for 15 points and pulled down a team high 9 rebounds.  Joining Mya in double figures was Willow Thiel with 18 points, Kaia Anderson with a dozen and Kennedy Pilgrim with 10 points.

The Jackets struggled to shoot most of the night, going 18-for-39 from two point range and 7-for-23 from beyond the arc.  They did take care at the free throw line, going 15-for-18.

Perham will play at Barnesville on Thursday.
