“Our girls never gave up tonight,” said Rothsay Head Coach Anita Heier. “They played hard from start to finish. Wheaton is a good team and they shot well tonight. We just didn’t have enough answers on the offensive end.”
Kenadi Carlsrud produced a double-double with 24 points and 10 rebounds. Bethany Danielson contributed 10 points and 5 rebounds, and Savannah Sullivan added 9 points and 5 steals.
Rothsay (9-6, 4-4 LEC) will play at Battle Lake on Friday night.
Wheaton/Herman-Norcross (5-6) will play at Morris on Saturday.
