Brainerd paid a visit to Fergus Falls for a Central Lakes Conference boys’ swimming and diving meet on Thursday. The Warriors returned home with a 106-69 win over the Otters. Brainerd also won the JV competition, 61-40.
“We swam the boys in very different events tonight,” commented Fergus Falls Head Coach Randy Hansen. “It was great to see them compete in events they do not normally swim. I was really impressed with Christian Reed. His 100 free and breast were great and he went after his relay legs. We had a great race in the 100 back with Jaden Kwapinski and Logan Rott. The 200 IM was also a fun one tonight.”
The Otters next meet is Saturday in Morris at the True Team event.
