“Tough one tonight at home,” said Wadena-Deer Creek Coach Jordan Cresap. “Thought we competed hard, just didn’t start well and didn’t make smart plays to end the game. Good thing is we get another opportunity tomorrow against Frazee.” 

Maddie Carsten scored 15 to lead the Wolverines and Addy Gravelle finished with 13.

Menahga (4-5) will host Pillager next Tuesday, while Wadena-Deer Creek (5-4)  entertains Frazee Friday night.
