“It was a great atmosphere in the gym tonight,” commented Rothsay Head Coach Anita Heier. “Our girls played hard against a great team. The score was back-and-forth all night, but we came up just short in the end. I couldn’t be more proud of the effort our girls gave tonight.”
Rothsay (5-3) will travel to Staples for a game against the Staples-Motley Cardinals on Tuesday and will host Hancock on Friday and Richland 44 on Saturday.
