“Waconia, as a AAAA school, is much better than their record indicates,” stated Perham Head coach TJ Super. “They play a very difficult schedule and have a bunch of good athletes that in attack mode all the time. We moved the ball so well as a team and got great, open shots all night.”
Willow Thiel added 22 points and 17 rebounds and Olivia Pilgrim dished out 7 assists. Cora Grismer scored all ten of her points in the first half.
Perham (7-0) will face a strong Sauk Centre team on Wednesday for the Holiday Tournament championship.
