Morgan Korf (13 points, 10 rebounds, 7 assists, 3 steals) and Ellie Welch (10 points, 12 rebounds) registered double-doubles to lead the Pelican Rapids girls' basketball team to a 46-35 win over Lake Park-Audubon on Wednesday at the Minnesota National Bank Holiday Basketball Classic.
The two teams were tied 19-19 at the half, but the lady Vikings outscored the Raiders 27-16 over the final 18 minutes.
Anna Roisum was also in double digits with 12 points. She added 7 rebounds and a pair of assists. Kelsey Isaman had 9 rebounds and 2 steals.
Pelican Rapids (7-1) will now face West Central Area for the Valhalla Championship at 6:00pm Thursday.
