Underwood took control early and never looked back as they recorded an 86-25 victory over the Ashby Arrows on Thursday night. The Rockets led 69-15 at the half and did everything well. They recorded 28 assists, made over half of their shots (35-69), hit 40% (4-10) of their 3’s and went 12-for-15 (80%) from the free throw line.
Four players reached double figures, led by Liz Lukken with 20 points. Mo Bugbee had 16, Mia Blaskowski 12 and Zoey Swanson 11. Trinity Baker chipped in with 9 points. Blaskowski and Swanson led the Rockets with 5 rebounds each. Bugbee had a team high 7 assists and 8 steals, and Lukken dished out 6 assists.
Underwood (2-0) will play at Perham (2-0) on Tuesday night.
