The Spartans were led by Itzel Salazar (22 points, 11 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 steals), Emily Dehler (11 points, 14 rebounds, 4 steals), Kiera Cox (12 points, 4 rebounds, 2 steals) and Lindsey Kurz (9 points, 4 rebounds.

M State (1-1) will travel to Thief River Falls next Tuesday for a rematch with Northland Community College.  The lady Spartans lost their season opener to the lady Pioneers, 70-42 on November 12.
