Tyson Hagedon scored four times on Friday night to lead the Osakis Silverstreaks to a 35-12 win over West Central Area/Ashby in Barrett.

The Silverstreaks took advantage of a fumble by the Knights on their first possession and scored on a 4 yard run by Hagedon midway through the opening quarter.  Duncan Tronicke booted the extra point for a 7-0 Osakis lead.  The Silverstreaks intercepted a pass on the Knights next possession and turned it into an 8 yard TD run by Hagedon for a 13-0 lead after the first quarter.

Hagedon added a 6 yard touchdown run and quarterback Kyle Mages ran in the two point conversion for a 21-0 Osakis lead.  Mages then scored on a 25 yard run, following an onside kick.  Tronicke’s PAT kick put the score at 28-0.  WCA/Ashby scored just before halftime on a 30 yard pass from Brady Lindquist to Anthony Sykora and Osakis led 28-6 at the break.

In the third quarter, Hagedon found the end zone again, this time from 4 yards out.  The extra point kick by Tronicke was good and it was 35-6.

The Knights scored a fourth quarter TD on a highlight reel catch by Nas Dotts on a 51 yard pass from Sykora to put the final score at 35-12.
