Faith Marion and Emily Dehler led the attack at the net with 11 and 10 kills, respectively.  Kaia Strom distributed 35 set assists.  Brooke Hovland, Kaleigh Sip and Lindsey Kurz added 5 kills each.  Dehler led the blocking game with a solo block and two assisted blocks.

Defensive leaders were Avery Wanner (22 digs), Laci Strom (11 digs), Marion (10 digs) and Kaia Strom (10 digs).  Kendra Emery added 9 digs.

The Spartans overcame a poor serving night (61-73) to earn the victory.  Top servers were Wanner (15/16, 1 ace), Emery (9/9, 1 ace), Kaia Strom (14/16, 1 ace) and Laci Strom (10/12, 3 aces).

M State will go to Century College on Friday night.
