Rothsay Head Coach John Reber said, “Our serving (94% as a team) and passing (1.8 team passing average) were tidy and kept the Raiders from ever pulling too far ahead; meanwhile, our attacking was a bit sloppy at times, and that, coupled with the Raiders' ferocious defense, kept us from ever pulling too far ahead and led to some long rallies that tested the stamina of both teams. It was a fun and intense evening of competition with the Raiders, and I'm happy that our players were mentally up to the task and brought home the win.”
Individual leaders for the Tigers included Kenadi Carlsrud (15/15 serving with 4 aces, 13 kills, 27 digs), Elli Meyer (14/16 serving with 4 aces, 37 set assists), Gracyn Petersen (2.2 passing average, 19 digs), Savannah Sullivan (1.9 passing average, 9 kills, 13 digs), Bethany Danielson (9 kills) and Lisa Kjelgaard (17 digs).
