Hiedeman Drives in 5 Runs to Lead Bucks Past Dent

Jack Hiedeman was clutch at the plate with runners on base on Friday, driving in five on two hits to lead the Breckenridge Bucks past the Dent Wildcats, 3-2, in a Countryside League Amateur Baseball contest. 

The Bucks secured the win thanks to nine runs crossing the plate in the sixth inning.  Hiedeman, Chris Nieto, Jeremy Stack and Sam Ovsak each drove in runs in the inning.  Nieto (3-5, 3 RBI, R) led the offensive attack for the Bucks, while Hiedeman (2-4, 5RBI, R) and Austin Ramos (2-4, 2R) had two hits apiece.  Ovsak had a double, scored three times and drove in a pair of runs, while Stack had a triple, 2 RBI and a run scored.

Hunter Wamre (5IP, 2R, 8H, 4K) was the winning pitcher for the Bucks.  Hiedeman threw two innings of relief out of the pen.
