The M State Men’s Golf Program has announced three new commitments to the team.  Ryker Stukenholtz (Big Lake High School), Leo Stepan (St. Cloud Tech) and Braxton Kerstein (Litchfield) have all made decisions to attend M State and play golf for Jason Retzlaff.

“We are happy to announce the addition of these quality young men to our golf program,” said Coach Retzlaff.  “They all have had success at the high school level and we look forward to them contributing for us this fall at M State.”

Stukenholtz was a 2-time All-Conference golfer in the Mississippi 8 Conference and was the Big Lake High School Team MVP.

Stepan earned two All-Conference honors in the Central Lakes Conference.

Kerstein was All-Conference Honorable Mentions and qualified for day two of the Section Tournament in each of his high school seasons.  He also finished in the top 5 individuals in three conference meets.

The Spartan Men’s Golf Team finished fifth at the 2022 NJCAA Division III National Championship in June.
