Bucks Blanked in Starbuck

Despite allowing only one hit the Breckenridge Bucks fell to the Starbuck Stars 1-0 in a non-league game on Wednesday night.  Starbuck scored an unearned run in the seventh inning for the lone run of the game.  The Bucks committed 3 errors on the night.

Breckenridge starting pitcher Hunter Wamre (6IP, 1H, 5K, 3BB, 0R) gave way to Mitch Porter (2IP, 0H, 1R, 0ER, 1K, 1BB) in the seventh inning.

Chris Nieto (1-4, 2B), Jack Hiedeman (1-4), Sam Ovsak (1-2, 2BB, SB) and Wamre (1-4) each collected a hit for the Bucks.
