Leading hitters in game one for the Spartans were Christian Norby (2-4, R), Ty Kargar (2-4) and Cal Schmitz (1-4, RBI).  The loss went to Brett Engelmeyer (6.1IP, 9H, 6R, 3K).  Hibbing received multiple hits from Ezekiel Walton, Carter Pickard and Waldemar Martinez.  Hunter Willis (1IP, 1R, 2H, 1K, 1BB) was the winning pitcher.

Schmitz, Kargar, Max Brommerich and Daniel Buendorf each had a hit in game two as Hibbing pitchers allowed only four hits in the game.  Ariel Gonzalez (3-4) led Hibbing’s attack.  Hunter Herpel (2IP, 3K, 0R, 0H) got the win for Hibbing.  The loss went to Noah Aufdengarten (4IP, 3R, 4H, 1K).
