The Wheaton/Herman-Norcross Warriors fell behind early and couldn’t come back in a 10-0 softball loss to Hankinson on Monday. Hankinson got things started with 4 runs in the first inning and built a 7-0 lead after two innings. They closed out the game by the ten-run rule in five innings. The Warriors were held without a hit in the contest.
Anna Brights toed the rubber for Wheaton/Herman-Norcross, allowing 7 hits and striking out two batters over 4 innings.

The Warriors are scheduled to host Breckenridge in their home opener on Thursday and Hancock in a Friday double header.
