M State led 44-36 at the half, upped their lead to 18 points in the third quarter and then fought off a comeback by the Warriors that saw them tie the game at 68-68 in the final minutes. Emily Dehler had another big game with 17 points and 8 rebounds, while Lindsey Kurz finished with a double-double (14 points, 12 rebounds). Mackenzie Foss added 8 points, 8 rebounds, 3 steals, and two assists.
M State shot 39% (30-77) from the field and made 14-of-18 from the free trow line. They also had a commanding 56-37 advantage on the boards, including 24 offensive rebounds.
Ridgewater had a good day from 3-point range, making 11-of-30 from beyond the arc for 37%. Ashley Prahl had a team high 18 points to go along with 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Josie Knutson and Harley Kunstleben each had 17 points and Abby Berskow had an impressive line that included 11 points, 14 assists, 6 steals and 4 rebounds.
M State ends their season 11-14 and 5-9 against MCAC Southern Division teams.
