The Alexandria girls’ basketball team hit the road to Rocori bringing the defensive intensity to bring home a convincing CLC and Section team victory, 77-61. We were locked into the game plan and bolted out to a 44-21 halftime lead and didn’t look back as we brought the same intensity to the second half to seal the deal.
Scoring for the Cards was paced by MaCee Linow with 26 and torched the nets for 8 three pointers. Hadley Thul poured in 20 and teammate Chloe Scholl hit double figures with 13. Ella Steussy and Allie Haabala closed in on double figures also with 8 points each. Elle Heydt added 2.
