They will face New York Mills, the number four seed, at 6:00pm Friday in New York Mills. The Eagles moved into that matchup with a 42-25 quarterfinal round win over Osakis.
In the other half of the bracket, second seeded Bertha-Hewitt/Verndale/Parkers Prairie was a 69-8 winner over Pelican Rapids and number three Broder West eliminated Ottertail Central, 45-36. That sets up a Border West vs Bertha-Hewitt/Verndale/Parkers Prairie semifinal match on Friday at 6:00pm at New York Mills. The two semifinal match winners will clash for the Section 6A team title at 7:30pm Friday, also in New York Mills.
