Barnesville dominated the boards on Tuesday night, 57-33, including 27 offensive rebounds, as they recorded a 78-49 road win over Norman County East/Ulen-Hitterdal in Twin Valley. The Trojans hit 41% (31-74) of the shots and held the Titans to 33% (19-57) shooting. Barnesville assisted on 20 of their 31 made baskets and forced 24 NCE/UH turnovers.
Noah Krause (15 points, 7 rebounds, 2 steals, 1 assist), Kaden Zenzen (14 points, 6 rebounds) and Tate Inniger (13 points, 8 rebounds) were all in double figures for the Trojans. Wyatt Suter added 7 rebounds and Zach Bredman led the team with 6 assists and 4 steals.
Barnesville (10-7) will host Breckenridge on Thursday night and will play at Frazee at 5:15pm Saturday as part of a girl/boy double header with the Hornets.
