The Lady Cards hit the ice Thursday night against River Lakes for the second time in 7 days. It was awesome to see the Lady Cards have 5 different goal scorers on the night, with each goal having at least one assist. The Lady Cards also put up 40+ shots for the second time this week as they posted a 6-2 win.
Scoring for the Cards was Riley Nyberg (2), Peyton Boesl, Cadence Ellingson, Kaci Trosvig, and dangle mittens Kylie Lattimer. Assists on the night would go to Julia Doherty (3), Kennedy Ellingson (2), Lattimer, Hanley Block, and Lauren Maras. Jordan O’Kane got the W between the pipes with 20 saves on 22 shots.
The Lady Cards hit home ice for the final regular season game on Tuesday against Bemidji! It is a double header with boys’ hockey, and both programs are holding a fundraiser for our squirt buddy, Jack Albert and his family.
