Faith Fisher and Alivia Misegades each scored 14 points to lead the home team and Lily Fraki added 8. Fisher was 5-for-6 on the free throw line.
Grace VanErp scored 10 points to lead Battle Lake and Morgan Malone added 9. The Battlers were efficient on the free throw line, making 14-of-18, however, they struggled from the field throughout the game.
" We struggled last night against a strong Henning team," commented Battle Lake Head Coach David Marso. "They made it tough to score inside and we struggled to score from the perimeter."
Henning (10-6) will travel to Pillager for a game on Thursday, while Battle Lake (10-4) goes to Parkers Prairie.
