The Cardinal defense was in sync frustrating the Spartans from the opening tip.  Rocori made a surge late in the second half but the lady Cards regained their composure and their calming presence to secure a CLC and Section win.

Scoring for the Cards was paced by Hadley Thul 25, MaCee Linow 12, Allie Haabala 7, Ella Sayre 6, Ellie Heydt and Chloe Scholl 4 each, Kaia Emter and Lillian Thul 3 each. Ella Steussy also made her impact felt on the defensive side of the ball. The Lady Cards now enjoy a few practices heading into the break as they prepare for the Granite City Classic.
