Bright and Stark Spark Lady Knights Against Menahga

Lexi Bright and Claire Stark scored 18 and 17 points, respectively, as the West Central Area girls’ basketball team recorded a 54-50 win over Menahga on Saturday.  Bright also had a team high 5 steals and Stark led the lady Knights with 9 rebounds.

Liz Rustan (8 rebounds, 4 deflections, 2 blocks), Mya Foslien (9 points), Addison Staples (4 assists), Halle Foslien (4 points, 2 rebounds) and Macy Grosz (3 points, 2 assists) also contributed to the victory.

No Menahga stats have been reported.

West Central Area (1-1) will play at Staples-Motley on Tuesday night and will host Hancock on Thursday.
