The Prowlers got off to a fast start by scoring the first six points of the game, however, a 3-pointer by freshman Brynn Sternberg got the Otters going on a seven point run to take the lead at 7-6. The Otters went on to make seven 3's in the first half as they took a 40-20 halftime lead.
Fergus Falls forced 30 turnovers in the game and assisted on 19 baskets. The Otters were paced by Ellie Colbeck (22 points, 6 assists, 2 steals, 3 rebounds) and Tori Ratz (19 points, 5 assists, 7 steals). Cyntreya Lockett added 9 points and Karley Braeger 8 points off the bench. Hannah Polejewski led the team with 6 rebounds and Ainsley Hansen added 5 boards.
Fergus Falls finished with 10 3's in the game with Ratz making 4 of them.
Breanna Myers had 11 points to lead the Prowlers.
Fergus Falls will host Sartell in their Central Lakes Conference opener on Tuesday night.
