“Tonight's match was highlighted by a come-from-behind win for Amber Anderson at second singles,” said Fergus Falls Head Coach Jamie Lill. “Amber played this same player in a match up earlier this season and lost in straight sets. Tonight Amber found herself down a set before turning things up a notch and earning the win in three sets. This was a great mental victory for Amber. Amber had a nice lead in the first set before it slipped away. Sometimes in matches, losing a set you were in control of can be a big hurdle for players to overcome, but today Amber battled her way back and stuck with her game plan to get the win. Madison Anderson also got a nice win for us at first singles, as did Mackenzie Krava and Mia Marsh at second doubles.”
