The Ottertail Central Bulldogs traveled to Roseau and came home with a 34-6 victory over the rams on Saturday.

Roseau got on the board first after returning an interception deep into OTC territory.  With a 0-6 deficit the Bulldog offense went to work and scored on a 9 yard run by Calvin Stueve.  OTC then tallied another score before the half on another run from Stueve to give OTC a halftime lead of 18-6.

In the second half OTC stalled on their first drive, but on their second drive Mason Hammer scored from 12 yards out and Owen Buehler caught the 2 point conversion to make the OTC lead 26-6. In the fourth quarter OTC added another score from Stueve again with another Tanner Arndt to Owen Buehler 2 point conversion.  That ended OTC’s scoring for the day and made the score 34-6.

Arndt led the offense completing 13 of 15 passes for 153 yards while Calvin Stueve, Mason Hammer, Bricker Bladow, and Arndt combined to run for 208 yards.  Mason Dalluge and Owen Buehler led OTC in receiving yards and catches.

Defensively the Bulldogs were led by Mason Hammer and Lane Dilly with 10 tackles apiece and Joe Turchin and Vinnie Boyum each getting a QB sack.

OTC improves their record to 4-0 and will host Pelican Rapids in Battle Lake on Friday.
