The lady Spartans were shorthanded, missing setter Kaia Strom, Jayna Gronewold, Darian Booker and Laci Strom.  Avery Wanner stepped up at the setter position, distributing 31 assists.  She also had 3 ace serves, 12 digs and 5 kills.  Anya Maack led the attack at the net with 9 kills, a solo block and a block assist.  Alaina Anderson had 8 kills and 3 solo blocks, Brooke Hovland finished with 8 kills and a solo block, and Emily Condon contributed 7 kills.  Emily Dehler came through with 5 kills.

Defensively, Baily Marty had a team high 24 digs and Mackenzie Foss added 13.  April Schridde delivered a pair of service aces and Marty also had an ace.

Alyssa Ottum led the Cavaliers with 10 kills and Jordyn Holman added 7 kills.

The lady Spartans will host St. Cloud Technical College at 6:30pm Wednesday at M State.  Both teams are unbeaten in MCAC play.
