Stevens, who will be assisted by Nicole Fedie and Courtney Atkinson (junior high), looks to sophomore BrookeLinn Finkelson (Middle Hitter) and freshman Lucy Ohren (Libero) to fill varsity starting spots this fall.

“We come in with a split, half my girls have seen a lot of varsity court time while others have seen little to no court time at the varsity level,” commented Coach Stevens.  “Trying to mesh these two groups together is key and they work well together.  Communication will be key as they come together and have to quickly learn each other’s steps and preferences.  The Little Eight Conference is always competitive and after the scrimmage last week it looks like everyone is ready to compete.”
