13U Dawgs Complete Pool Play with 3-0 Record

The Ottertail Central 13U Dawgs completed a 3-0 record in pool play with a 6-5 win over Paynesville on Friday afternoon in Henning.  The game was tied at 5-5 with OTC batting in the bottom of the sixth inning when Ayden Olson drew a walk, scoring one run.

Kaleb Hammes (2.2IP, 2H, 1R, 5K, 1BB) pitched OTC to victory.  Quenton Beske (2.2IP, 3H, 1ER, 2BB) earned the save and Drew Evavold (2IP, 5H, 3ER, 2K, 2BB) got the save.

Collin Lukken led OTC with two hits in three at bats.  The Dawgs had four players steal at least two bases with Kale Misegades leading the way with three.

The Dawgs play their first game of bracket play at 10:00am Saturday in New York Mills.
