Clarissa led 1-0 after two innings of play, however, the Riverdogs took the lead in the third and never looked back.  Mark Irish led off with a single and was followed by 3 straight singles by Nick Foss, Dustin Wynn and Chris Wiederich before the Cubs got their first out of the inning.  The Riverdogs scored 5 runs in the inning.

Hitting leaders for Fergus Falls were Wynn (3-3, 3R, RBI), Foss (3-3, 3R), Wiederich (2-4, 2R, 2RBI), Matt Larson (2-4, 2B, SB, 2R, 4RBI), Monte Fredrickson (1-2, BB, 2RBI), Roger Blevins (1-1, R, Iris (1-2, R) and John Carello (1-3, BB, R, 2RBI).  Foss (5IP, 4K, 2H, 9BB, 3R, 1ER) was the winning pitcher.
