“We bounced back nicely from Saturday and played a pretty clean game,” commented Wheaton/Herman-Norcross Head Coach Jordon Roos. “We rebounded well, executed on offense, and played tough defense. This was a big game for us so it was great to see us play well. We had great contributions from many guys tonight. Our bench played very well when they were called upon. On a side not we tied a Minnesota State basketball record for fewest 3 pointers in a game at 0, as us and Browerville combined for 0-29!”
Clint Determan led the Warriors with 16 points and 10 rebounds. Dylan Bainbridge had 12 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 steals, and Grant Dawson scored 10 points.
Wheaton/Herman-Norcross (7-8) will host Breckenridge on Thursday and Brandon/Evansville on Friday.
