Ashby led 38-27 heading into halftime and took a 12-0 run to start the second half to extend their lead.
Ashby was led by Jaden Norby with 23 and Hunter Norby and Jacob Cook with 15 each. Cook also grabbed 12 rebounds for a double-double and blocked four shots. Derrek Bartz dished out 3 assists. The Arrows shot 31% (9-29) from behind the three-point line.
“We finished the half on a 16-5 run and started the second with multiple stops,” reported Ashby Head Coach John Holsten. “The Tigers also missed shots they were making to start the game.”
Rothsay was led by Colby Larson with 15 and Tanner Heier with 10.
Ashby (11-0) will travel to Fergus Falls on Friday to face Hillcrest Lutheran Academy.
Rothsay (5-7) will go to Evansville on Friday to face the Brandon-Evansville Chargers.
