Underwood was led by Josey Bugbee with 20 points, 4 assists and 5 rebounds. Liz Lukken added 17 points and Lydia Baker had 8 points and 5 rebounds.
“We started out hot and kept a lead through the whole game until the three minute mark when Parkers took a 51-49 lead,” said Underwood Head Coach Brian Hovland. “Liz was able to get to the hole and score the last four points. We were able to hang onto that lead. Josey had a huge game. I’m extremely proud of the defensive effort of this group of girls.”
