Esko had three players in double figures, Cuinn Berger with 17, Riley Fischer with 14 and Eli Blue with a dozen. Esko hit 47% (22-47) of their shots from the field.
Perham had a good shooting day, making 53.5% (23-43) of their field goal attempts. They were led by 17 points from Gabe Thompson and Soren Anderson. Finn Diggins added 13. Anderson had a team high 6 rebounds, while Thompson dished out 5 assists and Diggins chipped in with four.
Perham (7-2) will continue their stretch of seven home games in a row with a Tuesday game against Breckenridge and a Friday game against Hawley.
