“We had a great meet against Brainerd,” said Fergus Falls Head Coach Joyce Monk. “Considering a first meet with only 2 weeks under the belt, we swam some very good times for a first meet.  This team has a great attitude and has given 100% in the Pool. We started the meet out with a great 200 Medley Relay. Taking a 1st and 3rd which is very impressive against a team like Brainerd.  It shows that we have some depth.”

The team of Emma Koeckeritz, Olivia Herzberg, Emilie Carlson and Lianna Jepson took first in the 200 medley relay with a time of 2:04.21.  Aisling Cox, Annie Mayer, Emily Werner and Mayah Fear combined for a third place finish in the event, turning in a time of 2:10.64.

Carlson also won the 200 IM (2:26.52) and the 100 butterfly (1:05.94).  Koeckeritz was the champion in the 50 freestyle (27.45).

First place also went to the 200 freestyle relay team of Carlson, Jepson, Cox and Koeckeritz with a time of 1:51.44.

Nori Donais (145.05), Mayah Fear (136.20) and Abigail Gronwald (130.50) went 1-2-3 in diving.
