Carter Spangler started on the mound in game one and pitched 3 1/3 innings.  Christian Norby closed out the game throwing hard and mixing up his pitches.  Jaden Norby hit a long two-run homer in the first inning to give Ashby the lead, which they never relinquished.

Jaden Norby hit another two-run homer in the first inning of game two, spotting Ashby a 2-0 lead.  Pelican went ahead 3-2, but Ashby pushed across five runs in the fourth to get the lead back.  Evan Paulson had the big hit, coming through with a two-run double with the scored tied.  Jaden Norby got the win in the 5-inning game, pitching the last inning-and-a-third in relief of Hunter Norby.

Ashby hosts Frazee in a Friday double header which begins at 5:30pm.
