Otter Boys Never Trail in Win Over Rocori

Fergus Falls held Rocori scoreless for the first seven minutes and fifty-eight seconds of the game on Friday night as the Otters built a 12-0 lead.  Chance Fazio scored 18 of his game high 26 points in the first half as Fergus Falls took a 36-15 lead at the intermission on the way to a 74-55 win over the Spartans.

Rocori made nine of their twelve three-pointers in the second half to remain within striking distance, but the Otters made 14-of-21 second half free throws to seal the win.

Fazio added 9 rebounds and blocked six shots.  He was joined in double digits by Cody Norgren and Ethan Olson with 14 points apiece and Dominic Aguilar with 10 points.

Andrew Anderson and Luke Humbert were in double figures for Rocori with 12 and 10 points, respectively.  Brett Sowada, Tucker Haakonson and Jayden Philippi scored 9 points each.

Fergus Falls (14-4) will play at Detroit Lakes on Tuesday night.  The win over Rocori was their fourth consecutive victory.
