Leading scorers for the Cowboys were Cooper Yaggie with 16 and Chris Nieto with 10. Anthony Conzemius led with 15 rebounds. Junior Perez added 4 assists.
"We showed a lot of heart and were able to battle back from an early deficit but unfortunately it wasn't enough,” commented Breckenridge Assistant Coach Derek Grahn. “We had some big stretches with multiple stops in a row and had some great rebounding from Anthony tonight.”
The loss snapped a three game winning streak for the Cowboys. Breckenridge (8-8) will host Barnesville on Tuesday and Perham on Friday in a pair of Heart O’ Lakes Conference games.
