The Barnesville Trojans shot 42% (25-59) from the field in their 64-43 win over Menahga on Friday at the Blizzard of Basketball Tournament at Concordia College in Moorhead. The Barnesville boys’ improved their season record to 6-1 as they won for a fifth straight time.
Barnesville won the rebounding battle 34-18. They were led on the boards by Hunter Zenzen with 7 and Blake Torfin with 5. Adam Tonsfeldt led the Trojans in scoring with 19 points and Kaden Zenzen added 16. Matt Samuelson hit 4-of-7 shots and contributed 8 points.
Barnesville will face East Grand Forks at 5:15pm Saturday at Concordia.
