Viking Girls Run Winning Streak to Seven Games

The Pelican Rapids Vikings ran their winning streak to seven games to start the season when they beat the Hawley Nuggets by a single point, 49-48, on Tuesday night in Hawley.  The lady Vikings led 29-23 at the half.

Hawley suffered their first loss in five games this season.  The Nuggets will play host to Wadena-Deer Creek on Thursday night.

The Vikings will host their Holiday Tournament on Friday, December 27 and Saturday, December 28, opening play at 6:00pm Friday against Badger-Greenbush-Middle River.
